Rio Grand HunterRio Grand HunterThis “Rio Grand” hunter is a large drop point made from CTS-XHP powdered metallurgy steel. The Cape Buffalo horn is surrounded by engraved stainless bolsters. The blade is 4 1/2″ and is 9 3/4″ overall.

Wikipedia offers this…>CTS-XHP is a powder metallurgy, air-hardening, high carbon, high chromium, corrosion-resistant alloy. It can be considered either a high hardness 440C stainless steel or a corrosion-resistant D2 tool steel.
